Jeddah
AROYA’s home port, blending Corniche views, the historic Al-Balad old town, and waterfront dining — the start and end point of every Red Sea sailing.
Sail the Red Sea and Mediterranean through a world of Arabian hospitality, unforgettable destinations, and extraordinary experiences.
About AROYA
AROYA Cruises set sail as the first Arabian cruise line, launched in June 2023 as a dedicated business unit of Cruise Saudi, wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. Built to bring Vision 2030’s tourism ambitions to life, AROYA reimagines what a cruise holiday means in the region, blending world-class hospitality with authentic Saudi warmth, known locally as Hafawa. Its flagship vessel began sailing the Red Sea from Jeddah in December 2024, welcoming over 70,000 guests in its debut season, before expanding into the Eastern Mediterranean in June 2025 with voyages from Istanbul’s Galata port. From a bold vision to a growing footprint across two seas, AROYA’s story is still being written.
Built for the region
Because AROYA isn’t a foreign cruise line adapted for the region — it was built for Arabian and GCC travellers from the first design sketch. Halal-certified dining, prayer facilities in every cabin, Arabic-forward entertainment, and IRTH, the first Saudi restaurant at sea, all reflect that intent. Add a 3,400-guest floating resort, an exclusive private island, and a fast-expanding route network across the Red Sea and Mediterranean, and agents get a product that’s genuinely different from anything else on the market.
