Here's a simplified version of the visa application requirements for the US:

• DS-160 Confirmation Page: Bring a printed copy of your DS-160 confirmation page with the barcode.
• Passport Photo: Bring a color photograph (5 x 5 cm or 2” by 2”) taken within the last six months that meets US Department of State requirements. It should be the same as the one uploaded in your DS-160 application.
• Appointment Confirmation Page: Print this from your Visa Appointment Service account.
• Passport or Travel Document: Your passport must have multiple pages, including one blank page for the visa. Ensure it's valid for the duration of your stay; six months beyond is recommended for certain nationalities, but not for UK passports.
• Evidence of UK Status: If you're not a UK or EU passport holder, provide proof of your legal status in the UK.
• Previous US Visas: Bring evidence of any previously issued US visas, even if they're in expired passports.
• Medical Condition (if applicable): Bring a letter from your physician describing your current health status if it could affect your visa eligibility.
• Arrests or Convictions: Declare any past arrests, convictions, or cautions. Bring related documents, as US visa law differs from the UK's Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
• Overstays or Denials: If you've overstayed, been denied entry, or deported from the US, bring relevant documents.
• Financial Proof: Show funds sufficient to cover your expenses in the US.
• Evidence of Intent to Return: Provide proof of ties to your home country, demonstrating your intent to return after your US visit.
